About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the website at netixsky.co.uk, operated by NetixSky Services Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17371873, registered office 14 Petteridge Lane, Matfield, Tonbridge, England, TN12 7LY.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms relate to the website and to the general basis on which enquiries are handled. They are not a services agreement. Where work is agreed, separate written terms and a written scope apply to that engagement and take precedence over anything stated on this website.
Website information is general only
Everything published on this website is general information about the types of IT service NetixSky Services Ltd works across. It is not advice, and it should not be relied on as advice for any specific situation.
Nothing on this website constitutes IT advice, cybersecurity advice, data protection advice, legal advice, financial advice, procurement advice, insurance advice or regulatory advice for your particular circumstances. Any recommendation for a specific business follows a review of that business’s actual environment and requirements.
Reasonable care is taken to keep the site accurate, but no representation or warranty is given that the content is complete, current or free from error.
IT services availability is not guaranteed
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, does not reserve capacity and does not oblige NetixSky Services Ltd to provide any service. Availability depends on the nature of the requirement, the timing, existing commitments and whether the work falls within the areas of service described on this site.
Enquiries may be declined or referred elsewhere. Response times to enquiries are not guaranteed.
No 24/7 support arrangement, out-of-hours cover, monitoring service, security operations centre service or network operations centre service is offered or implied by this website.
Scope is confirmed individually for each enquiry
IT services, cloud support, network solutions, systems administration, infrastructure review, digital operations, technology planning, timelines, budgets, access permissions, supplier terms, security requirements, and final support scope are confirmed individually for each enquiry.
Support is subject to agreed scope. Work outside an agreed scope is not included, and where an out-of-scope item is identified it is raised for a separate decision rather than absorbed.
Basis of recommendations
Recommendations depend on current systems, users, devices, cloud platforms, supplier terms, access permissions, security requirements, budget guidance, and agreed service terms.
Where information is unavailable, unconfirmed or supplied by a third party, any resulting recommendation carries that limitation. Assumptions relied on are recorded so they can be checked and revisited.
No guaranteed outcomes
System uptime, security, data protection outcomes, software compatibility, supplier performance, network performance, cloud availability, issue resolution, user adoption, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
No uptime guarantee, security guarantee, network performance guarantee, issue resolution guarantee, supplier performance guarantee, cloud availability guarantee, data protection outcome guarantee, operational efficiency guarantee, incident prevention guarantee or commercial result guarantee is implied unless confirmed with evidence and agreed terms.
Systems are not described as fully secure, hack-proof or free from downtime. No claim is made to prevent all security incidents, malware, data loss, account compromise, phishing attempts or third-party platform breaches.
No certifications, accreditations, awards, ISO certification, Cyber Essentials certification or cloud platform partner, reseller or official status are held or claimed. No client names, logos, case studies, reviews, testimonials, project counts, staff numbers, uptime statistics or performance metrics are published.
Third parties, suppliers and platforms
Third-party cloud providers, software vendors, internet providers, hardware suppliers, cybersecurity tools, SaaS platforms, device manufacturers, warranty providers, and consultants may have separate costs, limitations, availability, rules, service levels, security terms, and contract requirements.
NetixSky Services Ltd is not a cloud provider, hosting company, internet provider, hardware manufacturer, software vendor or warranty provider, and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, pricing decisions, feature changes, service levels, availability or contractual terms.
Where a third party is required in order to complete a piece of work, that dependency is identified. Their lead times, engineer availability, stock positions, licence provisioning, warranty determinations and support responses remain within their control.
Client responsibility
Client responsibility includes providing accurate system information, access permissions, supplier details, licensing information, data handling instructions, security requirements, user feedback, approvals, and timely communication.
In addition, the client remains responsible for ownership of its own accounts, licences and supplier contracts, for internal authorisation of access and changes, for informing its own users about changes affecting them, and for decisions taken on the basis of information or recommendations provided.
Passwords, production credentials, API keys, private keys and recovery codes must not be submitted through any form on this website or by unsecured email. Secure handover arrangements are agreed separately for each engagement.
Security and data protection
Security is treated as an ongoing set of practical measures rather than a finished state, and is a responsibility shared between provider, business, users and platform vendors. No security guarantee is given.
Handling of personal information submitted through this website is described in the Privacy Policy. Data protection compliance for the client’s own systems, records and processing activities remains the client’s responsibility.
Specialist advice
Legal, data protection, cybersecurity, insurance, procurement, employment, sector-specific, and regulatory requirements should be reviewed with appropriate specialists where required.
Where an enquiry identifies a need for formal security assurance, penetration testing, regulated compliance sign-off, legal opinion, insurance review or sector-specific certification, that is stated so it can be arranged with an appropriate specialist.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, design, text, graphics, logo and code of this website are owned by or licensed to NetixSky Services Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. The NetixSky Services name and logo may not be reproduced, modified or used without written permission.
Photographic imagery used on this site is licensed stock photography used for visual context only. It does not depict NetixSky Services clients, staff, offices, equipment, dashboards, monitoring, cloud platforms, partner relationships or completed work.
Limitation of website information
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetixSky Services Ltd excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on this website, from use of or inability to use the site, or from any error, omission or interruption in it. This includes indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data and loss of anticipated savings.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where services are agreed, liability in respect of those services is governed by the separate written terms applying to that engagement.

This website may link to external sites for reference. Those sites are not under our control, and no responsibility is accepted for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement, partnership or any commercial relationship.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that where you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
